The short version
Lethe Studio collects only the information you choose to send through the contact form, plus standard anonymous analytics. Inquiry submissions go to a private email address belonging to Lethe Studio. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising.
Contact form
The contact form on this site is operated through Formspree. When you submit a message, the following is sent to Lethe Studio's inbox: your name, email address, the date or window you provided, the inquiry type (booth / day / custom / editorial / other), and your message. Formspree may temporarily retain the submission for delivery and spam-filtering purposes. See Formspree's privacy policy for details on their processing.
The studio does not use submitted contact information for marketing. There is no newsletter and no mailing list.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregate pageview data (which pages get visited, from which referrers, on which devices). Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites. See Vercel Analytics documentation for details.
If Google Analytics 4 is later enabled on this site, IP anonymization will be turned on and no personal identifiers will be sent. A separate notice will be added here when that change ships.
Cookies
This site sets no marketing or advertising cookies. The only client-side storage used is the standard browser cache for static assets (images, fonts, the stylesheet).
Image rights & client photography
Photographs taken on assignment for a paying client are governed by the agreement signed for that specific booking. In general: clients receive the agreed delivery (booth prints, digital gallery, printed folio, etc.) for their own use; Lethe Studio retains copyright and the right to use selected images in its portfolio, on this website, and in social or editorial publications unless the booking agreement explicitly restricts this.
If you are pictured in a Lethe Studio photograph published on this site and would like it removed, email hello@lethestudio.org and it will be taken down promptly.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any personal data Lethe Studio holds about you (which in practice will be any inquiry messages you've sent), or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing hello@lethestudio.org. The studio aims to respond within 14 days.
